Location: The complex spans 88 acres and consists of 14 condo buildings, each equipped with a common entrance lobby, elevator, and underground parking garage.
Maintenance & Management: As of 2022, Taylor Management oversees the community. The monthly association fee ranges from approximately $411 to $567, covering exterior maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, interior maintenance of common areas, garbage removal, common area taxes and insurance, water fees, and maintenance of the 24-hour security gatehouse.
